I recently had Symplify Roofing install a new Corning composite shingle roof along with gutters and downspouts, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience from start to finish.
Ethan, our salesman, was outstanding. He walked me through everything upfront — no surprises, no hidden costs. Once the project kicked off, jobsite supervisor Oscar was equally impressive. The crew was clean, organized, and respectful of our property throughout the entire job. I liked the detailed explanation I was given following the extensive inspection of the roof they did before giving me an estimate. I also appreciated very much the fair resolution of a misunderstanding we had involving my expectations for the job. I think they did an excellent job replacing the roof, installing the gutter covers and cleaning up the area when they finished the job. I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone. They were very professional, friendly and helpful.

The roof is beautiful and working well with the rains. Symplify was able to start the project quickly when we were ready, add in extra work (gutters and some stucco patching) while still finishing on the original target date, respond quickly and with care to concerns we had, and clean up well each day and at the end of the project. Inspection and extended warranty were timely and no hanging documentation to worry about. Pricing and specifications were clear and correct from the beginning, and even with ECOs the invoices always matched expectations. Contract was clear and extremely useful. The office was incredibly organized and very easy to reach if needed. The crew supervisor was conscientious and very easy to talk to. We had an emergency tarp over a leak at the beginning and Symplify sent someone to install it ahead of an incoming storm even before I had sent the deposit check to them. They did a good job for us and took the project seriously.

I needed the job done between rain storms and they did it. Yay.

Excellent service. Very professional. Very communicative. Informed me about the whole project in advance. Educated me about things I did not know about (like roof venting). Responded without delay to my every question and concern (highly unusual with contractors). Always arrived on time and according to schedule. Very contained and clean during the roof work, and left the site spotless The roof looks great and is warranted for 50 years. I would not hesitate to use them again for a roofing job or recommend them to others.
