You need better quality control. Had roof replaced as part of the project. After all the documentation was done and signed off, I was told that we had a low slope section of our roof that needed to be done differently. Roll out vs standard shingles I disagreed that roll out was needed (this was not part of the documented agreement) and there was several conversations and I also had to dispute the roof warranty that was also changed. I understand how minor issues occur during installation, but this is not minor and should not have been brought to my attention the day before. Also changes that they were going to do were not documented. In regards to the solar panel installation. I was told of a change to the layout of the panels the morning of installation. Also the person doing the install didn't know that we had removed the attic fans which he was prepared to install the panels around. Obviously poor planning and communication. He also wanted me to sign off on a hand drawn layout of the panels. With the panel installation, we also were getting the electrical panels replaced. Again, something was missing in the project and it had to be done differently that what was in the permit. So the permits had to be changed for the panels and the electrical. This is going to delay getting the city inspection because the change has to be submitted and approved. Then inspected. This also delays the turn up of the service with the electric company. With both the roof install and the panel install, the install teams both did a good job of actually doing the work. Cleaned up everything and communicated while on site. It's just unacceptable that these changes were brought up at the last minute and are now delaying the system from going online.

They did a good job. I wasn't home, but it looks pretty nice.

I was promised a gift card for $500 and have not yet received it. Mr. Matt Mark is working on it for me. When I receive it, I will be willing to change the rating. I do not like people that mislead or lie to me.

SunnyMac did not clean up after they were finished; they left my yard a mess. Nails and staples all in my driveway.

Not expecting any problem, but If any leak/problem arises, SunnyMac LLC gives the impression they will correct it. They appear to be professional and reliable and therefore would provide any necessary follow-up to the roofing job. Excellent clean-up. The waste receptacle was removed the very next morning.
