Overall, SunnyMac did a great job! I think their admin team could be better with their communication with the steps in the process, but the actual team that did the install along with the sales team were very competent and easy to work with.

Communication

They re-roofed my house, and it came out okay, but instead of putting shingles, they put deck seal on my front porch. They won't replace it. This is the only house in the development that doesn't have shingles now. It looks like crap. Every other house is cookie-cutter and has the same thing, and mine is different. The actual roof was good, but they wouldn't correct the issue and wanted me to pay.

SunnyMac was good, but I was disappointed with the roofing company. When my roof was installed, there was no communication from the lead installer. They left the container in my driveway, and no one communicated with me in regard. They broke a table in my shed and did not inform me that it was broken. They also left nails and a pile of snow in my driveway that I had to clean up.
