I don't have any complaints with SunnyMac!

SunnyMac was good, but I was disappointed with the roofing company. When my roof was installed, there was no communication from the lead installer. They left the container in my driveway, and no one communicated with me in regard. They broke a table in my shed and did not inform me that it was broken. They also left nails and a pile of snow in my driveway that I had to clean up.

The workers were very friendly and knowledgeable. Things were explained to me to understand them. Sometimes, you don't know what someone is talking about when they explain something, but they explained everything in a way I understood. They took care of me. The roofers cleaned up all their mess and searched the ground for nails so nobody got hurt. Everyone was very friendly. I was able to ask questions if I needed to. I am 100% satisfied.

They have been very communicative and have been in touch with me during the whole process of when it is going to be done. They were on time with appointments, and they were very informative in all the details of what they were going to do and all they offer. They have been in touch with me to be sure it was done correctly and done to my satisfaction.

Cleanup in garage was not done at all

They were very informative and very knowledgeable. When they said they were showing up, they showed up. I haven’t gotten my solar panels installed yet, but my roof is done, they cut my trees down, and I’m ready to go as soon as the city approves the permits. I’ve had no problems.

I am very happy with Sunny Mac. I work with the company. I have already told family and friends about the company.

Communication with my project team has been very good. The roofing team did a great job, especially with the tricky skylight install

The communication, information and updates on progress from all the staff has been great. They are all courteous and care about your project. The installation crew was absolutely professional and fun to work with, it was very cold out yet they all were in good spirits and completed the project much quicker than I anticipated. I am extremely satisfied with the job - start to finish.

Every detail explained very clearly and in an understandable way. Good communication and very professional.

So far everything has been done according to the agreement. I can't praise high enough for Roger and his roofing crew. He was great to work with.
