Final product is nice but getting there was a journey. Also don't like the sales tactics where they quote you a rediculous figure but knock it down to what is still a well above average cost if you commit that very same day.

They were fast, efficient, cleaned up their mess, and everything went smoothly.

Working with Sun Coast Remodelers Updating my roof was Excellent from the start. From Brandon the project manager down to the Whole crew, they were Kind, Respectful and Professional! Sun Coast workers are Quality Men doing quality work with quality Materials. I was so impressed to see Edger(Forman) and his crews from Hugo, Luis, Marco, Carlos, Juan and all the other mens names I didn’t catch, proved to to be such conscientious, hard workers that worked so smartly, safely, quickly and effectively! Thank you Gentlemen and Thank You Sun Coast for an Amazing job well done!

Overall, I think the my new roof has met my expectations. The installation work was done quickly and the aesthetics of the roof is pleasing. The addition of cooling vents was a big plus. I had some starter boards replaced which was extra cost, just be informed that the home owner is responsible for painting those, however, the boards have been primed. I had solar installed on my roof beforehand, and the re-installation of the solar panels was done within a week of the the roof install with no problems when the panels were turned on. Since Sun Coast removed and reinstalled the panels, the warranty of the roof is not affected and the work is seamless. I feel very confident that this roof will handle the upcoming wet weather this winter.

Everything went fine. My only heartburn was that it was a little more expensive and on the pricey side. They did do a good job and the roof turned out great. I have no complaints about the quality.

Initially the representative who set up the appointment, Brandon, was incredibly nice, not pushy, very knowledgeable, and very respectful. We really trusted him, which is why we made the purchase!

I highly recommend Sun Coast Remodelers. A neighbor stopped by admiring my new house and I told her that Sun Coast did all the work. She was impressed!! All the crews and supervisors are pleasant and friendly. Work began when they said it would and ended when they said it would. I'm a happy customer of Sun Coast Remodelers.

Sun Coast Remodelers employ people who care about their craftsmanship. The foremen called in advance to schedule the work due to my family member who has stage 4 colon cancer so I can prepare for whatever work was being scheduled that day. The people they employ work together as a team.

I think the company is on the up and up. They worked very hard in extreme heat, tearing the old roof off and putting the new roof on. They were impressive. I gave them ice water and Gatorade because I was worried about the heat. They were very good people.

I highly recommend them to anybody. I would, however, prepare them for the price since they are a little expensive.
