The shingles are a lot lighter color than we anticipated or understood. I have the same color on a brick house and the same across the street. It's almost white, it's so light colored. We are really disappointed in that. I don't know if it's on the salesman or whatever.

I was happy with the whole situation from the time that Story Roofing came to my house and gave me an estimate to the time that they finished. I don't have any compliants.

Really great “project manager “ (Ralph). He was very helpful answering my questions. Workers were very focused and worked hard. Roof looks very nice.

What could have been better…the lips of the gutters were very scratched up. Reinstalling of Gutter Helmet was not good. Some panels are dented and some spacing is not right. Some caulking was sloppy, one piece of siding was apparently miss-cut and a hole remains.

The workmanship is excellent.

We've used Story Roofing several times for roof repairs and just recently a roof replacement. Very pleased with their service!

Estimator and actual instal

Everyone was fantastic to work with from Brian Jeffers to Kevin to the guys that did the roof replacement. All were responsive to my questions and concerns. Their follow up was great. Even the set up of the dumpster, material delivery, etc in preparation…what a great company to work with. No worries at all. I love the end result and the clean up..,just everything!! Thank you

Fast and reliable

Trevor was very polite and professional as to what our priorities were. He explained the entire process of re-roofing our house from beginning to the end. Trevor kept in contact the entire time as to when materials, trailers and dumpsters would be delivered and picked up. The crew arrived right on time and also were very professional and polite. Dustin was the crew boss and explained everything as it was happening. 8 hour's later we have a new roof and looking at our lawn you'd never know what had taken place. Excellent Job!!!!!

Was completed in a timely manner as controlled by weather conditions. They returned for cleanup and inspection and were within the budget.

The team was amazing! They did a great job, showed up on time and got the job done much faster than originally anticipated. They actually beat three other quotes we received.

From the receptionist to the estimator they seemed to communicate well and did what they said they would do.

I was not satisfied with the process from the signing of the quote. It seemed like Brad put the absolute bare minimum of effort into the information process, did not provide a timeline until we had to ask twice, did not follow up with clarifying questions regarding a really specific repair I asked for and told him was important. I would never recommend that quality of service to anyone.

Great workmanship. The crew did a fantastic job and they were very respectful workers. The project manager was great to work with and made sure all work was completed correctly.
