Story Roofing showed up on the dates and times they committed to - from first visit (to quote the project) to install day. Our texts, emails, and phone calls were answered promptly. We had a tear off and new installation completed in one day. The crew was very organized and worked in-sync with each other. They cleaned the worksite up when they left and you couldn't tell they had been there. All workers on the roof were in safety gear and looked to be performing their work in a safe manner. We would recommend Story Roofing to anyone looking for roofing services.

The shingles are a lot lighter color than we anticipated or understood. I have the same color on a brick house and the same across the street. It's almost white, it's so light colored. We are really disappointed in that. I don't know if it's on the salesman or whatever.

I was happy with the whole situation from the time that Story Roofing came to my house and gave me an estimate to the time that they finished. I don't have any compliants.

What could have been better…the lips of the gutters were very scratched up. Reinstalling of Gutter Helmet was not good. Some panels are dented and some spacing is not right. Some caulking was sloppy, one piece of siding was apparently miss-cut and a hole remains.

The workmanship is excellent.

We've used Story Roofing several times for roof repairs and just recently a roof replacement. Very pleased with their service!
