I knew going into the process that it was going to be a challenge with my insurance company who has a record of denying claims. David helped me file the initial claim and as expected it was denied. I was directed to file a complaint with the State of Illinois and not only got a second inspection but an approved claim! Once approved, the replacement was scheduled and work completed within two weeks. The crew worked quick, cleaned up thoroughly and the new roof looks great. Without Storm Recovery’s help I would still have a damaged roof or would to have pay the near $40K bill out of pocket. Highly recommend them and would use them again if needed.
