A very friendly company and always available. They always return calls when you have any questions. They explain everything thoroughly. They were not pushy and I really appreciated that. We had other estimates, and we have a pretty big roof. It was a lot of money, and we could have bought a car or two. Other estimates were more, and they want you to sign on the dotted line and not sleep on it. Sterling was not like that. My husband and I were on the expressway near the company, and we decided to stop by. We talked to the owner about him and his crew, and even his family and property. We have several acres and ponds and we both talked about our experiences. We had a cordial conversation with him. We met Mandi McCullenour contact person, and she is just around the corner and lives in this community. It will be easy and quick to get it in touch with her. She was very nice

Horrible company-will not stand behind their crappy workmanship. We hired them to do our roof and our siding. We’ve had multiple roof leaks and our siding blows off every time it’s windy. When I call them about it, their answer is, “We don’t service your area anymore.” So I guess my 50 year warranty isn’t really a warrant at all. I’d rather pay a competent company to redo Sterlings crap than have them here again-I just hope this review saves someone else the trouble of dealing with them.

Dan B...seemed well informed etc...However, the gross problems with the horrid roofing crew were many. The lack of response from the office & Dan ( as he was bow fishing ) so serious lack of professionalism. Plus, Dan , also , said that the siding crew was not his best crew. I continue to find junk as I work on cleanup & repairs to the evergreens, flowering bushes etc...

I contacted Sterling after they were recommended to me by a friend. After obtaining several quotes from other roofers, we went with Sterling to not only replace our roof shingles but to construct a new covered porch on our home. They designed the porch for us several times before we agreed on a final look. Once they started, it was a total of three days before the porch was constructed and all of the roofing was completed. The job site was cleaned up every night and when they were done, there was no mess to clean up. I would very strongly recommend them to have anyone that needs work done. We are replacing our siding this coming fall and I am calling Sterling first.

received a quick and fair quote compared to other quotes I received. A repair was done and handled from a previous issue I had. The owner/sales rep came out to handle some employee no-show issues our job site had. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. Only issue was some communication, at times it was super great and others, I wished I had a call or two. Would recommend. We had some weather delays, otherwise fast, friendly and clean.
