Absolutely very professional. Completed job from Start to Finish in 1 DAY!! Gutters and all. Perfection in all they do from job to cleanup. Highly recommend!

Project was bid and completed in a timely manner. Price was reasonable for the work completed. They anticipated and handled soffit and gutter issues which were included in the bid. They had a nice set of choices of roofing. Once work began, it was finished very quickly. All roofing projects end up with the occasional lost nail and we have found very few - they did go around several times with a magnet and were careful by using drop cloths and not pitching materials around. We are not unhappy as we expected to find a few. Expecting to find none is unreasonable - especially for our roof size/design/location. We did not find any other materials left behind. Landscaping was not damaged. They do not promise what they cannot provide - we had to wait over the winter (as expected) and they advised they could not fix a leak in a separate roof's junction because the roofline needed to be changed. Very professional and quality work. Definitely trust them and after that other roofline is changed we will go there first.

Specialty Roofing started the roofing job on a Monday morning at 7 a.m. and finished by Tuesday evening. They kept the ground clean of old nails and trash during the process. Our house is a tall two story with steep pitch and they have all the machines and equipment to efficiently do the work. They also installed guttering with leaf guards and soffit vents. The actual cost of the project was lower than the projected bid. I recommend Specialty Roofing LLC.
