I am hesitant to recommend Skyfall to others based on the fact that our contracted job was never completed as agreed (shutters never replaced/installed with an addendum agreement and additional payment), despite several promises to "put it on the schedule." After two months passed and the fourth contact with the same response - "we'll schedule it" - without expected results, we decided to hire an outside contractor and paid out of pocket to have the job completed as originally agreed. We were never contacted for follow up, even after the job was completed months later by another contractor. Our first contact after that was the repeated requests for a survey response. While initially I was going to ignore the survey and call it done and dusted, after repeated survey requests, I decided to respond. The lack of completion and appropriate follow up was very disappointing, and that, more than anything else, makes me hesitant to refer Skyfall to anyone. If the job had been completed - even after a three-month delay - I would have been glad to go ahead and recommend, but given that completion never took place and cost us extra to hire someone else to do it ... I would have to say no, I would not recommend.

They were very professional. They worked with my insurance company when others wouldn't. They put forth effort to gain our business and in a timely manner. They met with my adjuster and pointed out certain defects that had come from the storm. They proved that it happened during the storm. They did a very good job and I was pleased.
