Servpro arrived on schedule and proceeded to take excessive and expensive measures to remediate a small problem and then billed my insurance company an exorbitant amount and would absolutely refused to provide me with its report, its notes, its video and audio...and had the audacity to tell me that it was proprietary and never shared with a customer. DO NOT ALLOW THESE PEOPLE IN YOUR HOUSE NO MATTER THE DISASTER

The two employees that performed the work were exceptional.They were timely, job oriented and very professional.However,I plan to try and redo the ceiling to match the original crowfoot pattern.The ceiling now does not match,

My first project manager explained what all would be done so I thought I understood. Found out he was no longer working there and what he had explained was not was done.

I was very pleased with the job they did in my home. They made sure all the water was cleaned up, and that my floor was dry.
