The people there were like my family. They were friendly, warm, compassionate, caring, and professional. They were very dependable and did what they said they were going to do. They went above and beyond their job. They were wonderful and kind people to work with.

The employees who did the actual work did well. The manager/supervisor who closed the file however failed to submit photos of the carpet stain and floor board swelling from the water leak and did not give us a hint about which company could handle the 'close-up' under the floor. this resulted in our insurance 'closing' our claim file with out coverage for such items.

Office staff excellent, my property is a rental so therefore non-owner occupied. Unauthorized Information was shared with tenant I was not contacted directly causing miscommunications and extreme chaos between tenant and landlord.

No, I am not likely to recommend them at all; I was not given proper information, the communication was very poor, and between different departments the communication was poor, and the process did not transpire in any way like it was supposed to, in the beginning, the job was approved to multiple companies that couldn't even do the work once I explained the job to them, they did not have the proper equipment, so we had to track down companies on our own, relay that information to them and give them the approval and it has just been me trying to pull this all together for three months. I was told multiple times that everything was fine. I shouldn't have to worry about anything further, basically, after the job approval was sent to different contractors. I was very frank and said yes, I do have a lot to worry about because it is an expensive job, and it is a good thing that I have been worrying about because I would still be here waiting for nothing with bad work order numbers with people who don't even know why they are getting them and things like that. It has been absolutely chaotic, painful, and awful.

I would make sure that they went over everything prior to doing the job.
