Due to the Covid pandemic the repair work was stretched out over a longer period of time than normal. The crew was still very workable around the material limitations and restrictions.

The entire job took awhile because of the covid 19 situation. Most things about delivery and materials were out ot ServiceMaster's control. but, in the end, the job was well done and I would not hesitate to have them do it again.

I recommend them to all of my friends and my church. I told one of my church members to call them because her apartment just flooded. They were very helpful, professional, and kept me in mind. I wasn't just somebody that they needed to come and provide service for. I felt very personable with them.

did not show up for initial visit until we contacted our allstate adjuster, came five hours after agreed upon time, saying there was an emergency- what were we? communication was non-existent, had subs calling to replace molding before any work done. after two months of nothing being done, we hired our own contractor.the resulting delay caused mold to grow making house uninhabitable and expensive to fix

The boss that handled our project did an excellent job. All of the people that worked on our home were very nice. I cannot say enough- they did a wonderful job.

I was nervous about having somebody I didn't hand pick myself, but I was more than satisfied with their service. The men were extremely professional and the workmanship was top notch. I couldn't have asked for anyone better.

They did not have to rip the molding from my walls, they actually broke one of my baseboards in half they were so rough removing my baseboard, all the large commercial type dehumidifiers did not work so instead of takeing a couple of days to remove the moisture from the sheet rock it took 6 days

I would do the work myself. The workers blew sheet rock dust everywhere and it was not a mess.

ServiceMaster's equipment was in my home for several days. The service employees came to check equipment on time whenever they scheduled an appointment. They were very professional, courteous, and helpful in many ways. I highly recommend ServiceMaster and would definitely call upon them again for future problems.
