It's a very personable individual running the company, but the job performance did not match the billing or quality of work. Poor performance and poor quality

Absolutely horrible service, there was no communication between the team members. I would be told they were doing one thing, only to wait for them and after calling the manager find out that was not the plan. They took a beautiful hand knotted Persian rug in October and after calling over and over again I finally received a call back from the owner in February telling me it was lost. The owner is expecting me to jump through hoops trying to find a receipt or some record of the purchase which was done in Texas!! I've lost my Persian rug and have received no calls from the owner to make it right. Truly disappointed, completely unprofessional, would not recommend this frustration to anyone.

They did a great job on everything except my living room floor which was sticky.

Jay Tuten of Service Master upon arrival at my home, sent by Allstate, got out of his vehicle, and shoved a piece of paper in front of my disabled husband and told him to sign it so they could start work. In reality what Jay Tuten did was have my disabled husband sign a letter of satisfaction before he started work. Probably because Jay Tuten knew he preforms very poor work. Jay Tuten lied to me, about having to cut a hole in my son's ceiling, Jay Tuten tracked mud in my home and all over my carpet. The crew when they cut a hole in my son's ceiling, knocked holes in my son's walls that had to be repaired. The ceiling should have never been cut, they could have done the same work from top, on the roof. I cannot express how dis-satisfied I am with Service Master, and I would NEVER recommend them, even to a dog~! This is the worst company ever, and Jay Tuten is the biggest lier I have ever had the displeasure of knowing. Theresa Patterson

Servicemaster was very helpful in restoring our home to its original condition.

I was very satisfied. They were very professional and I did not have any problems.

I was surprised when they told me the amount of time it would take. However, they they were so diligent, kept on working, and they finished sooner.

They did a good job.
