The workers were very nice and jumped in to do the work, but someone unplugged my garage deep freezer to plug in their fan, and I lost items. Also, one of the indoor fans was set up incorrectly and was not draining the. I called because I was going out of town, and no one ever returned to fix. We had to dump the water and hope there was no overflow while we were gone.

They need to get more organized. I didn't like the fact that they were going to the office and getting a key to get my stuff without me knowing. I had to rush over to be there when they were getting my stuff and it's hard for me because I'm in a wheelchair.
