My experience with ServPro was mixed. Some employees were polite and dedicated, such as Beth, others were less so. The work was also uneven; some boxes were neatly packed and delicate items carefully wrapped, but a few boxes looked like items were just shuffled in quickly and delicate items were broken as a result. The repair work that was done also showed signs of uneveness and an apparent lack of on-site supervision, with the result that workers had to return several times to accomplish the same task. I've never had a home disaster before so I don't know how common these issues are with these type of companies. I encourage any homeowner in this situation to make every effort to take time off from work to be present during the work as much as possible.

My leak occurred just a few days before Christmas so needless to say we were mortified at the thought of repairs and cost. The ServPro team was timely, professional and courteous. They made a unpleasant situation a little more bearable and I really appreciate it!!
