My house caught on fire the Sunday before Christmas. It took six months to get back into my home after a small kitchen fire. Four months past the completion date I had to fire them. I had to threaten to sue them to get my contents taken care of. My contents were returned to me destroyed. Photographs were taken out of rubbermaids and dumped into boxes. Any fire would be a bad thing to deal with for a family and they could not have made it more stressful or worse. I am not finished with my insurance company in dealing with them. It was the worst possible experience I could imagine, on top of having a fire a week before Christmas.
