ServPro was very helpful and acknowledge, the crew quickly installed the equipment to dry my basement and the kitchen area in the main floor. They contacted the insurance company to explain the damage, took many pictures and got approval for the removal of some drywall and carpets that were water damaged. Josh and Paul ServPro called us every day to check on the drying process and came to inspect to make sure everything was working properly and getting dry. I really appreciate that they were able to remove the nasty smell by removing the carpets and applying some products to the affected area.

The work was very slow, but it was thorough. They packed up all of my furniture from downstairs where the water damage occurred. I thought they didn't have to, and there were a lot of things they could have left (like my tools) that weren't damaged. There were 70 boxes that I had to open and take care of. They said they would call me last Friday, and they promised me they would clean the upstairs carpeting where they had their machines for drying and ventilating. I have yet to hear from them about cleaning my wall to wall carpeting upstairs.
