Very professional and fast workers. The ONLY issue I had was that I had to hire someone to come in and clean 4 rooms due to the dust and dirt that the 17 fans running for 3 days blew all over the house.
Attentive, prompt service
There were some good things and some things that bothered me. Their professionalism and courtesy was wonderful They were very respectful and incredibly likable guys. They left some damage to my dining room floor and my granite top was cracked. At the beginning when I called, they returned my calls right away. At about the 3-4 week point, it would take them days to return my call when I would call 2-3 times a day trying to get a hold of someone. Finally I called the home office and got an excuse that they couldn't get my call due to lack of cell reception. But they had enough reception for the owner to call them from the office to find out why they weren't calling me. The floor was also broken when they moved my cabinets onto it. I approached them about the countertop and they wouldn't call me back about moving it. They didn't call me back for 4 days. Finally, my boys and one of my son's friends came over. We moved this countertop. After we moved it, my son noticed there was a crack in it. They lost my faucet to my sink. I had to pay someone else to put the countertop back on my cabinets who does this for a living. He found the sink and found damaged. He said they used a hammer to get the sink off my countertop and that's also probably what caused the crack. I took a picture of the sink and sent it to Taylor. He didn't respond. When they came out to bring me my faucet they found, I showed Justin and he said he did it. He said he used a hammer to get it loose from the granite countertop and that he had told Taylor about it. Taylor never admitted to it to me. I never got a response from him even when I called again saying that Justin admitted it. They don't take responsibility for things they do wrong. An adjuster had to come out and after hearing both sides, the insurance paid me for my stuff they did wrong. But we had to do a claim against Servpro on their insurance, which is a shame.
