Excellent service, professional staff, kept me informed throughout the entire process.

Worst experience of my life. Literally made me physically ill dealing with a company you trust stealing your belongings. They actually from the first day did not clean anything. They were just sorting through things they wanted to take. So incredibly disappointed. Sorry for anyone who makes the mistake of using them.

Every morning we received an explanation of what was going to happen that day.

ServPro of Brighton/Howell did an outstanding job. We experienced a washer overflow. We called ServPro and they were at our house in 90 minutes. They were very understanding an professional. We had flooring damage on the first floor and flooring/ceiling damage in our finished basement. They immediately began drying out our house. They were very respectful of our house and constantly communicated with us. I would highly recommend them.

They did a fantastic job at a very trying time in our life.

The quality of work is not great, communication skills are very poor and not professional at all, and they don't adhere to timelines.

ServPro has done a great job with assisting us through the repairs and navigating insurance. We have worked closely with Craig, and he is always keeping us informed on the progress.

I was exceptionally unsatisfied with this company. Do not hire them.

I was dealing with an insurance company that will remain nameless and originally was sent Service Masters as my Recovery Team after 2 weeks and stating they were not being compensated to remove mold they were fired and ServPro was sent in. From beginning to end they were the epitome of professionalism. I would recommend them in a heart beat and will also caution anyone considering Service Master of Brighton.

They cared for my home as if it were their own. very dillegent, all around good people.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with the staff of ServPro. They all helped make this long process bearable.

I think ServPro did a good job with the mitigation portion and keeping me up to date, but I don't feel they did a good job with the actual process of cleaning and restoring. The staff was friendly but I was underwhelmed by the work they did.

ServPro was great at answering my questions and dealing with my families concern about the water damage.

The entire ServPro team was great! They explained everything before working on my home and has been wonderful with providing updates and keeping me in the loop of the status of the job. The work that was done was beyond what I expected and I'm truly happy with everything they've been able to do in my basement.

FANTASTIC service! We could not have hand picked a nicer, more courteous, professional, or more knowledgeable couple of gentlemen to represent ServPro, and service our needs. Very pleased with the results.

Certain members of the team were great, others not so much. They also left a lot of trash (trim with nails, etc) in my house that are a safety hazard with kids.

They courteous, kind, and very helpful in our time of need. They came calmed me down and told me they would take care of things. I highly recommend them. They even took good care of our animals.
