We asked James Hardie for certified contractors to bid on new siding. Serpa was on the list and one of the three we called. Ronaldo's quote was almost exactly the same as another contractor's, but more comprehensive in detail. The third quote was 50% higher. I was worried that the job could drag on for a while, so asked Ronaldo to put a completion date in the contract and also assure me that the crews wouldn't bounce around between projects. He was fine with adding a deadline, began within a week of when he initially estimated, and the crew showed up every day that weather allowed - finishing ahead of schedule.
