Semper strove to make the process easy, deliver what we wanted and they succeeded!
After I talked to the first salesperson in September, I called back in December to find out what was going on. It was like they put it in a drawer and forgot about it. Between the time I talked to the salesperson, it took four months to get it started. That was a lag, and I had to stay on them all the time.
Semper Solaris Construction has great quality work. The follow-through by the foreman was great.
Semper Solaris Construction was very professional and very well organized. The roofing project was the best that I could expect, actually better than I could have expected. They did a great job.
It took 3 years to complete my roof.
They still have not finished the job and have dragged it on forever. There's no communication and barriers to communicating with the company. Absolutely horrible customer service. When are you going to finish the job?! People do not show up when scheduled to do so, nor do they call to say they will not be there.

Communication and updates were much more efficient and current than when we had panels installed in 2022.
The project manager (Semper Solaris employee) had zero control over the roofing installers (3rd party roofing company employees) and had different priorities and different schedules. This arrangement caused most of the problems.
Semper Solaris Construction provided professional service and handled my project in a timely manner, barring the rain.
I like the communication about the project
The people are great! They are responsive, personable, and responsible. However, some of the automated communication is broken or provide incorrect information, causing confusion with the customer. Thankfully, the people are awesome and they would find the answers. Nonetheless, the automated communication process needs improvement.
False claims, arrogant, lack of response

The process took a long time from October 2023 to end of February 2024. Other companies do better than that
I was disappointed because I feel like I was scammed.
They got it wrong, but they did rectify it. To me, it should have been done right the first time.
They installed the roof in a short period of time. There were some issues at the end that we are still trying to sort out with them.

The salesperson George was Awful.....if i had to do it over, i would of hired another company... The customer service people all they did was provide LIP SERVICE...They also had a SUB-CONTRACTOR do the Work.. I paid 32,000.00 dollars for a Substandard job.. I would not RECOMEND this company to anybody...
