They are not trustworthy.

Not happy with the roof project part of my installation.

I’ve told six people so far to stay the fuck away

The work that was done, was completed well. The roof and solar panels looked very nice. However, there was a lack of organization and communication during the entire project.

Used them for our first home. Good experience the first time. A year later we bought a new house and the nightmare project began. No joke, this experience made us push back other projects because we need a break from the madness that was this project.Our experience this time was awful. We are fairly laid back and not too picky… however the complete lack of communication on our Rep’s (Erica) side was unacceptable. The amount of times we had to request the contract to be updated was beyond frustrating. Further, our she ghosted us for an entire month. WE basically had to do their job in requesting corrected contracts, scheduling, updates. 9/10 times when someone would show up before the project started, their notes from our rep were incorrect or missing important things to address within the scope of our project. Our rep (when she would get back to us after many times of us reaching out) would respond in such a way that was rude and unprofessional via text or email. At one point she texted my wife after she had asked a question and she stated that “it isn’t my job”. Instead of “let me find out for you or refer you to the correct person”. We finally had had it, wanted to cancel and so my wife compiled all of our communication and made a timeline to cancel… but also to keep track of things so that things wouldn’t get screwed up. Finally it got started, but we never knew when the roofers were going to show up. Finally they finished (great job to them!) but left their trash and other debris/supplies in our driveway for a week. This ended up staining new concrete of ours. Suffice to say, never ever again. Oh and they do subcontract the work out… which I so wish we could have just worked with that company instead.
