They were not like a normal construction crew. They showed up on time and were neat, clean, and quiet. There was no vulgar language and no radios blasting. They did their work. They worked at a nice pace. They kept everything spotless.

Workers were prompt and courteous, work area was cleaned up at the end of the work day (and during the day for that matter). The questions that I did have for the foreman were answered with knowledge. Quality products were used.

From the time I called to schedule a visit for the roof estimate to the completion of the job, dealing with Sandy's Window Co. was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a contractor. The site crew was outstanding. Supervision was extremely knowledgeable and very detail oriented. They kept me informed of all activities before they occurred. The crew was focused on providing a quality job with minimal disruption to my property. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and professional. I especially liked the fact that all roofing debris was hauled away at the end of each day eliminating the need for a dumpster and having trash blowing around each evening. After spending many years in heavy construction I have to say that Sandy's Window Co. is one of the best contractors I have ever dealt with.

The construction crew was tremendously polite, clean, punctual, and mature. My question was promptly resolved, and they really went above and beyond on an issue that wasn't even their's to fix.
