I was very satisfied with the work. However, my property manager said the price was a little high.
Servpro was complete and through with the completion of the service.
They were very responsive and have excellent service
I was not left feeling confident of Servpro and their staff. We were promised a short and straightforward cleanup and got a long, drawn out process. Employees would show up in the late morning, leave in the early afternoon, and smoke every hour. We did not feel as though our job was a priority. The workers created a leak while removing a vanity, told me it was cleaned, and left with standing water around the area. They missed mold in the shower area. Can't say we had a good experience. Issues were raised to upper management, and they did attempt to mitigate to some degree, but at that point I was not confident in their workmanship.
I would not recommend SERVPRO at this time. Employees left electric baseboard heaters turned way up, even when they were gone, costing $959.60 for 2 months. We stopped by to check on the place at various times & would turn the thermostats down, only to return & have them up on high again. When I discussed this with SERVPRO, I was told to turn the bills into my insurance company. I also thought some of the work that was done was unnecessary, and the total cost was quite expensive.
SERVPRO is very, very easy to work with, very processional and very quick.
The only issue we had was waiting for the sister company to call us back for the construction part of the process. We asked twice and were told someone would call us but they never did. We ended up finding someone else to put our walls back up, which in hindsight we could have done that. We waited so long for that to happen, we just finished doing most of the work ourselves, like taping the drywall and painting etc..
