They were very prompt to get here. We had an emergency. I thought they did a great job! They were easy to work with. The end results were very favorable.

While the employees were very courteous, I never received my information in a timely manner. They had my clothing for 9 months and when it was returned to me it had only been dry cleaned and not oxidized. All of my stuff still smelled like smoke. I was under the impression that they were to clean it and claim in savable or not. I wasted an additional 2 months during Christmas trying to get my house in order and it all smelled of smoke. Sent it all back.
