I had a good experience with them. The technical and sales associate came to my place and told me exactly how the process would be. It happened when it was a major storm. Many houses were damaged. They came to my house and discussed the plan. I selected the shingles, and then they told me a time. They were very honest about the timelines and when it would happen. Once I chose the color, they let me know when they would arrive. Everything was as they told us, and that is how it happened. I was happy with the whole experience of working with them.
