John Campopiano was great to work with on my first estimate back in 2021. I was impressed with his detailed walk-through and explanation of the roof install. He was able to point out specific details regarding roof flashing, gutter replacement options and roof mast repair. He pointed out specific areas and details no other roofing company in the Seattle Metro area did not. It was for John's attention to detail, patience, professionalism and genuine interest in our roof project I decided to choose RoofSmart in May 2022. There was no pushy sales pitches or oversell on products or services. John was kind and friendly throughout the roof estimate experience. He also shared his early experience with his dad working on home projects, which I could relate to and appreciate.Omar did a good job of completing the final walk-through and providing end of day updates to the project. Omar also was transparent in terms of additional materials needed and quickly provided a cost estimate for plywood needed. Both were transparent and recommended I contact RoofSmart at any time in the future for any questions or issues that may arise regarding the new roof.
