They told me it would be done in one day and I thought yeah right...
Well... the guys were waiting outside til the clock hit 7 in the morning.
They started at 7 tearing off the old roof and by 5 pm they had packed up and gone! Completely done!
I was amazed that they were actually able to get it done in one day. They cleaned up around the house well and left everything like it was when they arrived. They did a great job!

Very professional job. Old roof was gone and mess cleaned up and the new roof was installed in 2 days. They always answered any questions I had.

Josh and his crew dealt with two layers of disintegrating cedar shakes, 60+ years worth. They were polite and efficient despite challenges and surprises.

All in all, I am very satisfied with the job Rood Rescue did. They were prompt and professional. They were quick to address any questions or concerns that I had. I pretty much got the red carpet treatment. Customer service is amazing and my roof looks great.

The crew that was sent to do my roof was not properly trained and did a lot of damage to my home. They did come back and fix things but they do not look as good in places as it would if they had done it properly the first time. They broke brick on the face of my house and put flashing that was too large in places we did not discuss. They said their guy new how to so masonry but he used the wrong materials and did not do it properly so I will have to redo it in the spring.
