Overall, I was satisfied with the communication and professionalism of Roof Repair Specialist. Unfortunately, immediately following a full roof replacement, I experienced a ceiling leak that took three service calls to repair.

Terrible experience! First I had to wait 4 months before they even started. After work was done I had to call them back to fix the staples that were shot clear through the eaves. I was promised replacement of broken and damaged rafter beams by scabbing on new pieces, that didn't happen. Work on the roof destroyed my laundry room ceiling, First denials that it wast their fault, then after acknowledgment they did it, there was no offer to fix it. Charged extra for plywood that should have been included in bid. New roof has sags, waves and dips. Flashing and sheet metal is uneven, and literally hammered into shape in places.

This was an absolute A+ experience all around, from the initial consultation to the final product. I cannot recommend roof repair specialist highly enough! I appreciate everything they did.
