I would recommend SRR to a friend, but would make sure they understand there are certain important items not covered under the contract, such as the removal of debris from the attics caused by the removal of the old roof, and that not all trim attached the fascia will be replaced requiring hiring others to do this work.
From beginning to the end everyone exceeded our expectations and would definitely recommend Specialist Roofing to anyone needing a new roof.
Work was completed on time, and I was kept informed of progress.
Rep and team were fantastic in communication and friendliness
Very disappointed with the finished product. Your company treats the project as if it is a job - the text message chain is titled Job 12450 - it is not a job to me, it is my home. You made changes to the rafter tails on the porch - at a place where i see them every day without consulting me. I have to look at this change you made to my house without any input from me probably the rest of my life... Also you left nails in the fascia boards and a scratched drip edge. To your companies credit you did try to correct these issues but obviously not to my satisfaction...
There were things that were done extremely poorly that were so bad, it boggled our minds how any supposedly trained roofer would decide to do. These were righted in the end, some so so and some better than that. But it calls into the entire question of training, which was so lauded by sales for your company
All staff were clear, communicative and friendly. The work was done well with a high degree of quality
From start to finish we had a great experience.
Since day 1 after we decided to fix our roof without insurance helped all personnel involved were simply the best and accomodating.
Communication was not very good. The idea that I would have someone to contact asap if I had an issue was not the case. Text messages and phone messages were not responded to quickly even when I outlined the problem and said I needed an answer asap.
Everyone said that a company rep would be here for the final inspection but I could never find out who it was. That didn’t happen; no one showed up from the company for the final inspection. Ridiculously the inspector didn’t bring a ladder and refused to go up on my roof. So I went up on the roof took pictures and showed him the pictures. He signed off on the final inspection because I made that happen.
Noah who did our initial inspection was incredible. Didn’t feel like a Salesman.
Yes, I would...
They came on time, were very professional and worked very hard at getting the roofing job done correctly!
The job was professionally completed. The installers were professional and ensured they cleaned up the materials at the end of the day. At the end of the work day they provided photographs of the work completed.
Roof Repair Specialists are professional in their communication and work ethic. They are people of integrity.
The roof shingles look great. However, I wish we would have checked in more closely about useless roof vents. There are two vents on the house that have no purpose, and your company painted them instead of removing them or covering them up with shingles. I also wish you would have offered painting with facia board installation. Even now, there are some areas with rotted wood that need the facia board changed.

They were prompt, reliable, easy to work with, and willing to deal with my insurance directly.
The production manager Alvero is very flexible and easy to work with. Every single issue pops out Alvero will try his best to accommodate 👍 and resolve efficiently
In fact, I already have recommended RRS to others.
The entire experience was seamless.
Very informative of what would occur. Kept me up to date on work. Kept the area clean
