Going into this process of picking a contract roofing company I was sure that I would end up deciding on a different roofer for the job. However, after the interview and quoting process, I quickly realized that Riedl and Son was the contractor I was picking to do the job.

Good communication throughout, from inspection to roof and gutter installation. Called about a minor issue and they fixed it same day.

The project was drawn out for over a month because: they left garbage all over my yard, forgot to replace the screens and were unable to give me a timeline on the screen repair, then forgot to put the gutters back on. They repeatedly had scheduling errors, and would guarantee a contractor was going to show up on a specific day and no one would show up. Very poor communication internally and rude communication to me.

The work was done in a timely manner

All members of the team were very knowledgeable and helpful with product details and process questions. Measurements provided during quoting process, accurately calculated material needed limiting excess product and unnecessary cost overages.

There representative that came to the house was very informative, any questions we had he answered them, very knowledgeable. He even went back upon the roof and covered the area where it was leaking. Because at that time we were getting alot of rain. He really CARED!!! And the crew was very AWESOME as well. They were very perfessional and very polite. Hard workers and you could tell that they took pride in their work and truly wanted to do an excellent job, and THEY DID!!! And project manager cared as much making sure we was satisfied with the results!! It was so enjoyable to work with people that take pride in their work, was polite and friendly. And even did extra to make sure the leak didn't cause more damage inside by putting plastic over the leaking area. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM!!!!

Great service and workmanship!

It took too many phone calls to get a finished product after they started. There was too much time-lapse between start to finish. I was told one to two days for installation, and it took the four weeks to get it completed. It also too way too much footwork on my end to get a completed finished product.

They did a great job.

Everything was easy, and the day they arrived, I did not have to do anything extra, and they cleaned up well when the job was completed.

They were in and out real quick. They did a good job of protecting the house from the tear off and cleaned up. From the ground, the roof looks fabulous.

They did a very nice job as far as I can tell. There are no leaks.

Everyone did a terrific job, as bad as the (house) roof was - it now looks 100% better, the new windows look great & all the trim work & siding looks great
