This was my first time dealing with home insurance following a tornado. Ridge Craft listened to my concerns and walked with me through the process to ensure all areas were covered. I received a lot of push back from my insurance company on areas of real concern to me and Kyle & the crew stood by me to make sure that all areas were carefully inspected, addressed, and covered. The process with insurance took about a year and a half, but with Ridge Craft’s help I was able to get the peace of mind I needed to feel comfortable in my home again.

The crew came out to do our roof around 7:00 in the morning and had the new one installed by 9:00 that night. The next day 2 guys came out and cleaned up, leaving no trace of roof remnants, or nails. Very impressive.

The project was underway very quickly. The roof shingling was completed in one day. The gutter replacement (sub contractor) took some time.
