The project manager, Brad, made all the difference in how our initial problem was solved. In doing that, we decided to use Repairs Unlimited for additional repairs where we are getting quartz countertops, a new sink, and a new backsplash. We are really excited about it and we really like working with Brad.
The subcontractors were very inferior and did awful work. I had them there twice and had to finish the repairs on my own.
Ryan and his team were very thorough and helpful, helping me understand what needed to be done. The services were completed quicker than expected.
Repairs Unlimited made a really stressful time when our basement flooded not stressful at all. They took care of everything. They did high-quality work and communicated well.
I'm really satisfied with the job that they did.
AWESOME!!!!!!
I would not ever recommend Repairs Unlimited. They are the worst company ever.
Repairs Unlimited - KS owed me check back from insurance company and I had to call 3-4 different times to get the check, which took 6-8 weeks to receive. Brandon, who measured the flooring, was short on the measurements on my custom order. The measurements were off and we had to wait an additional 2 weeks later for completion due to incorrect measurements. I was also asked to sign off on everything so you could get paid from the insurance company even though the work was not completed yet.
Cameron did a really good job of communicating throughout the process. We had some hiccups, but he did his best to fix everything. I was still really happy with the end result.
I would NOT use Repairs Unlimited EVER again and DO NOT recommend them! Our experience was terrible. After a large water leak that damaged multiple levels of our home, and after going through our insurance company (who did a very good job handling our claim), Repairs Unlimited came to look over our project. They told us their work would take approximately one month. After two months and multiple issues, our house was finally completed. We had several different contractors in our house (sheetrock, painters, electrician, carpet installers, etc.). On day one the electrician was a no show. Sheetrockers started their work however had to skip a day since the electrician never showed which put them behind. The contractor who did our ceilings were the worst. After the first time they tried to fix the ceiling they had another three times and STILL did not get it right. They tried to mud over a large area that was messed up, they tried to paint over an area that was messed up, and it wasn't fixed until I finally demanged Repairs Unlimited get a different contractor in our house. We also had days and days of downtime because the contractor had other jobs to be on so when they messed up at our house they weren't able to come back for a few days because they were working elsewhere. To make matters worse, during this entire two month process we had our front door lock broken and of course nobody knew how it happened. We had contractors go into our garage and used our tools, our broom, and our large trash bags to clean up with. We had contractors use our dish towels from our kitchen to clean up with. They had vehicles parked in our driveway that leaked oil. And to top things off they used every bathroom in our house, including our master bathroom (where there was no damage at all) and on one of those occasions didn't flush the toilet leaving feces for us to flush! When all of this was brought up on a few occasions throughout this few months the foreman told us although these are issues that should not happen, Repairs Unlimited doesn't have control over the contractors that THEY hire to do work for them! Bottom line is this company is terrible and as I said, I would NOT recommend them for ANY job!
They are quality people and I'd recommend them.
They finished ahead of schedule and I was very satisfied about that. Kevin and Joe were great!
I have never dealt with a honest group of men and they did so much work and in a efficient way.
Shawn McCullough, the workman, did excellent work. He was very attentive to keeping the work site clean, and cleaning up when he was finished.
The crew that worked on our project was incredibly polite, accommodating while working through field conditions, and treated our home with lots of care. I will definitely call them for future projects.
Repairs Unlimited is outstanding in all areas and is willing to work with the homeowner to provide education when needed on projects.
I wouldn't even let them do the work that they were supposed to do inside.
The work that was agreed upon to be completed....never got completely finished...still to this day....I gave up calling and scheduling...the contractor that repaired the interior of the home from fire damage did an excellent job....the one that did the exterior is brutal at best....siding installer that doesn't know how to cut angles....priceless
The people of Repairs Unlimited were very efficient and professional. We were very satisfied with there work.
