If he didn't answer right away, he called me right back. I had a lot of questions. Even to this day, he answers my questions all the time. I recommend Renova Home Improvements. They did an excellent job. The salesperson was also a very good person. He had a good personality and he represented the product, the finances, and everything. He did a very, very good job. I recommended him to go see one of my friends because she wants her roof done also. He did an excellent job. I can trust him. I even called him last night about my window I ordered. He called the company and called me back. I have had bad experiences in the past, a few years ago. Everything was falling apart in my bathroom and I couldn't find the contact person anymore. This time I went with a company that has a license that I can trust. It was an awesome experience.

The person who installed my roof was professional. I feel that the salesperson cheated me. He kept saying what I said was not in the contract. He said they would put new plywood and they never did.

I would have to say they could have been more informative on the financial part of it--have given more detail on what was happening. Originally, they did what they said, but as far as the drawbacks, if they fall short, I didn't like the financing details. Instead of the finance company informing me, they should have informed me right off the bat. Anyone who is doing this should know what they're getting into.
