I had a contractor come to my home on a Saturday threatening with a lien on my home. Not necessarily something I wish on a friend.

They had poor quality service and customer service, after the initial sale.

My roof leaked for over three months. Ittook multiple phone calls and emails, before a subcontractor contacted me. Three weeks later he repaired the leak. The damage that was done inside the house, from the leak six months later, still has yet to be fixed.

Financing is to high

They were very efficient in doing what they were doing. All the workers were very polite, and some were even overly polite. My husband and I have to use a handicapped ramp. They made sure that we could exit safely. At one point, I was coming in with groceries, and three gentlemen ran and helped us. When they were leaving, there was a slight problem. The last person they called was Karem, but they all came back. I said I only needed one. They all came back, and they all waited to make sure I was good. They extended courtesy to us. Every one of those guys drove back. They all came back. I appreciate that they were loyal to their customers. It was late that afternoon, and they were going to stay until the job was done. They didn't have to do it.

The overall process was quick and seamless.

Outstanding job, very professional, and if we had more people like that in the business, it would be a whole lot better.

I feel like the installation itself was good, but because of their pricing, the people that did the quote were not qualified. What they quoted was not accurate and it turned out to be double what they had quoted.

Whatever the office staff says, Reliable Roofing should honor it in the future. They have already dropped the ball on me. The work was good.

Because the extremely bad workmanship, the overcharging of repair work ($8,000.00 for the replacement of 2 12 foot 2 x 6 rafters and installing 2 x 6 8 fot long sister s) which wasn't actually done, the hassle I had to get them to do the required repairs and still not getting them fully done, waiting over 6 weeks to get reimbursed for the damage to my gutters which the installation crew tried to cover up, the damaged caused to my air-conditioning unit caused because they didn't protect it, the damage to my kitchen ceiling, the fact that my entire garage is still covered by sawdust and trash caused by the installation crew., is why I could never recommend this company to anyone. Was this a one in a hundred bad installations? Doubtful. The onsite supervisor ( a very professional individual) did his very best to get things corrected to the best of his ability, which I appreciate, however, the matter is the level of quality workmanship and company service by his company Is something very lacking.

I trusted Reluable Roofing because they claimed they excel in roofing installation as a “premium” company but they ended up not giving me what they offered in roofing quality and service, specially those issues related to the air vent tools installed. Their excuse was because the summer season. So I ended up requesting the installation of additional vents in the attick and paying more money. I was monitoring the heat in my attick during 90 days and even 30 more days and the heat is the same. Tbe vents do not work appropriately. I am not satisfied with this company. By the way, 5 months have slipped away and yet I have not received their so famous 50 Years Certificate of Warranty. Very bad decision on my end by selecting this company

The contractors that came out were very professional, on time, and cleaned up all the debris. There was nothing left to be cleaned up. When they finished, my yard, roof, and everything else were left just as intact as it was beforehand.

They were sharp and very professional. They came out and explained to me what needed to be done with building the roof. They were here on time. They came back in about a half-hour to take care of the concern I had. I ended up with a financial management issue with the remaining work, and they helped me with that. They picked everything up afterwards. They did a wonderful job on the house.

The salesman/project manager showed up multiple times throughout initial contact to finish of job

From them showing up and giving the bid and working with me on the cost, they were just excellent. They knew what they were doing. These young guys were sure professionals. The two young guys that came out and their boss. It was excellent work.

I would not recommend them to anyone.

They randomly came up with an additional $7,000 charge on a roof that was supposed to be a $16,000. I argued, and I ended up paying no extra charges.

After removing the old shingles they sent me pictures and told me the entire decking of the roof needed to be replaced. They then told me that they would have to give me a new estimate and they raised the total cost of the project by $27,000.00
