I would definitely recommend them. The crew Emilio headed it, he came out and they worked sun up to sun down to get it up before the rain and any issue that arose, they let us know immediately. They ended up having to tear the roof off and redo it but we were very happy with the results

Every part of the experience was pleasent and the work looks fantastic. Communication was A+

Three months prior to this writing, I noticed water stains on the ceiling of our Master Suite .I contacted the contractor that installed the "50" year roof twenty years ago .He finally responded . However by then we were actually taking water from the ceiling in the room , at least 2 gallons on a hard rain . The contractor kept saying we have" to think outside the box". By this time I was frustrated and fired the contractor. My Wife Maryann said lets take his advice and went on line . She searched for roofers up, came " Reitzel" , the web site was impressive and they specialized in finding roof leaks! They are located in Virginia Beach and we live on the Eastern Shore of Va., I doubted they would take on our project .However, I called and spoke with Mike Mitchel .Mike asked for my address and in seconds was viewing our property , I explained my problem . This day was a Friday and it was pouring rain , Mike said ,Rod I can come on Wednesday at 2pm . Mike arrived on time, he had an infra red camera and showed me where the moisture was in the ceiling . He next went on the roof and inspected it with camera and his pry bar .In less than 10 minutes he pointed out the issues. I Knew we had to replace the entire roof . I also knew that we had found the right company to take on our project . Mike helped Maryann select the shingle .Since I felt confident with Mike , I told him to also do our out building.

Only use Reitzel Home Improvement Inc and you will save yourself a lot of time and trouble. I've used them exclusively for many years. With two of my properties they've done jobs right when other companies did it wrong. Don't bother looking elsewhere - they really are the best!

They did what they said they were going to do, AND they did it very well. Plus they were pleasant to work with. What else can you ask?
