It took the company 10 months to complete our project (roof, gutters, and window wrap replacement). I had to repeatedly call to monitor and move along the status of negotiations with our insurance company and with scheduling crews to complete each phase of the project. Project managers weren't readily available during construction and didn't monitor the job site regularly, so I had to arrange multiple follow-up visits to make sure surplus materials were picked up and punch list items were completed. Office staff didn’t seem well organized; I had to request invoice and payment documentation multiple times and also request corrections when details were wrong or missing. They also confused line items on our job with other customers and I had to correct that as well. Construction crews weren't always good about cleaning up after themselves and I had to spend a lot of time picking up after them to make sure my kids didn't step on a nail or metal shard. Construction crews generally did quality work, but it would've helped reduce the amount of follow-up work and cleanup time on my part if a project manager had been regularly present who was fluent in both English and Spanish to make sure that punch list and housekeeping items were communicated and understood by the crew. I can't recommend this company to anyone because our experience with them was so difficult and time consuming.
