Brandon helped us from start to finish. All of our contractor appts were on time and some arrived early. Brandon was on site just about every day to answer all the questions we had and he provided us with industry experience tips with our project.

They did an excellent job. The sales representative was friendly and informative and answered all my questions and concerns. The roofers were on time and did an excellent job.

I am strongly satisfied with Rees working with me by working with my insurance company to get as much money from them. I understand now that insurance companies are difficult to work with.

If there were any issues, I contacted Rees to address them, and they were handled quickly.

Rees did a great job of meeting with us, explaining our options and set the expectations for us at the onset. They said what they would do, how they would do it and then delivered!

I have recommended Rees to others. My neighbor reported that Gage shared with her while under construction that the work would be noisy.

Seems they are more interested in completing fast, rather than done right, cheap materials used "still talking about this", job site left overnight with material, trash and clothes in the yard, lucky insurance replaced gutters damaged during tear off, screens in windows damaged, hose mobile damaged, drive damaged, loaded trailer very heavy. No thought for the homeowner. Get in get out as cheap as possible.

Rees Restoration agreed to remove the remains of our current roof and framing and then build us a completely New Roof. I mean, all the way from rafters and joists and ridge beam to decking, underlayments, flashing, shingles, vents, trim, gutters and downspouts.They did it. They did it well. They did it for a fair cost. They did it while protecting our home from further water damage. It has now been a month since Rees Restoration replaced our roof and we have nothing but praise for the personnel, the process, and the finished product. When we originally called Rees, our insurance company had approved a small repair. From what we had heard and seen in the community, Rees had been our first choice but we did not expect them to be interested in a small job. However, later that day, a representative named Cody Slavens was at our house. Cody did a thorough inspection of our roof and took photos. Then he dealt with our insurance company and showed them that the extent of the wind damage really required the replacement of the whole roof rather than a patch job. The crew that replaced the roofing was organized and hard-working. I was impressed with how they were also constantly sorting and cleaning up the debris from the job. And Cody was careful to follow-up and make sure we were satisfied!
