Areas Of Satisfaction - They exceed my expectations. There was a situation with my roof that they were able to fix. My home was built by a trade school for high schoolers. When they built the home the insulation was pushed to close to edge of attic where the roof needs to breath. Redemption was able to add pieces to the roof to make it breath and last longer. This was discovered after they had given me a quote and they reached out to my homeowners insurance to let them know of the issue. They walked me through it and were able to fix it. They exceed exceptions in making sure home was taken care of.

I needed a quick inspection of an old metal roof while under contract for a house and they were able to come out quickly and give me useful information, along with a rough estimate for what fixing it would cost. When I ended up needed to replace it with shingles, I was able to continue to work with the same person throughout the process who understood my situation. Travis took the time to sit down with me and walk through what goes into a roof instead of just throwing a quote my way, making me confident that the roof would be done correctly. They were even able to closely match the color of an existing portion of roof that was already shingled and didn't need to be replaced. The work was done in the timeframe as promised with no big surprises along the way. I'm delighted with the final product and highly recommend Redemption!
