Ramirez Roofing refused to provide the detail charge for the dry rot. When I asked the $2000 for material and labor charge for 80' 2x8 Fascia Board and 3 sheets CDX plywood I got the answer is they spent 18 hours (6 hour x 3 person) to do the job. one piece 2x8 x16 is over $100. They only replace a small partial dry rot and used less than half sheet play wood. Anyone believed these job need 16 hours to do! Is it supposed to do like this way as an integrity and professional morality business man? Charge the money but no do the job by contract.

Jesse was professional and trustworthy. He was knowledgeable about all the available options and open and honest about his opinion on products. Jesse went the extra mile in getting samples of all the roofing products we were interested in to make sure we picked the best product for us. The whole roofing project was easy and quick from a consumer standpoint.

Ramirez Roofing was awesome! Doing a huge financial upgrade on your home can be very stressful. After meeting with Jamie I was at ease with the work that had to be done. Jamie and his staff are very professional and I will be recommending them to all my friends when it comes time for a roof replacement.
