Rainbow promised to keep our house warm with a high BTU heater they could never get it running due to technical difficulties. They called in a Plumbing Outfit, (the owners description) to winterize the plumbing, we had hot water heat the heating system was not properly drained resulting in thousands of dollars of damage to our radiators they froze and burst. All of our belongings were removed from the premise with no packet out inventory. No order to the packing of our belongings items from wherever placed in boxes. About half of the items returned were not cleaned or categorized. I week old range was damaged (they did pay for this and a microwave that was damaged). Our refrigerator and dishwasher are also bent and damaged. Seems they had no respect for our property. Many items are missing and have not been located.
