The Good:overall result, price, the responsiveness, speed of install, project completion timeline, ability to utilize quality products and provide certified installer extended warranties, very fair pricing on additional scope and labor requested, and willing to accept additional scope. Gutter install was incredibly fast and they standardize on larger diameter gutters.The Bad:Destroyed landscaping plants, and chipped pergola, nails and aluminum scrap found for weeks after, miscommunication on scope of work (though soffit was included in quote, it wasn't, thought 3rd garage was included, contractor didn't), misleading on the level of shingle to be used (one was agreed upon, but then not used without significant additional cost), counter flashing was required, but wouldn't have been completed without my insistence, the start of the counter flashing install was significantly not a matching color, and I had to stop the contractors from continuing the install. The second color counter flashing was closer, but not perfect.
