I really liked that when we had our initial estimate, Andy didn't pressure us into making a decision on the same day. He was pleasant, honest, and presented us with straight forward information and pricing. It honestly was a night-and-day difference from other companies in a positive way. I felt very supported and informed pre-installation by Maria, and during the replacement Rigo was amazing as well. Rigo communicated updates to me along the way, made sure I understood, took photos and texted them to me, and was just a joy to work with. From the salesman to the last person cleaning up the yard all in one day, they never left the premises,everything they needed was brought in by the company. The only way you knew they were there the next day was by looking up and seeing a brand new roof!!
