Our sales rep - Samantha Woods - gave a good presentation describing Quantum Roofing and the products to be installed. The installation team arrived early on the scheduled day, worked diligently, and stayed late to finish the job. They did a pretty good job of cleaning up. (However, we have since found a few nails and other bits, so there is some room for improvement.) There were a few issues at the end of the job. The major issue was that some debris had fallen into the kitchen range hood fan. This was resolved when Brian and two helpers came out a few days later and fixed it. The finished roof looks good when observed from ground level, and gives me confidence that I won't have to worry about leaks for years to come.

I have already talked to the office staff about this few times and also Brian and Jeremiah. I had three days off work. They were to come Wednesday and be done Thursday. They did not show up Wednesday no one called me. It was a bit of a push and shove after that. They had to come Friday. I usually have a group at my home and had to change that. In my line of work, it was very unprofessional for no one to show up and no one to call me on the first day

Very persistent and thorough salesman, but no follow up after. Project never fully completed as there was no post inspection and the gutter guards were not reinstalled. The roof itself is great and the contractor did a great job but I wish some of the upfront follow up and enthusiasm would have continued to complete the project.

From the moment you all picked up the phone to answer my call to project completion I was completely blown away by everyone’s professionalism, competence, and friendliness.
