If communication and adherence to agreed upon terms is important to you, this is not the contractor for you. This is in no way a reflection upon the labor crew, but owners/management alone. Shame really, as the crew that did the physical work outshined the company manifoldly.

As far as the roof they were great but when it came to the gutter install that is where they lost any chance of a recommendation. When they finally came to install the gutters they started to remove the gutters from my neighbors house( it's a good thing they were home to stop them) once they got to my home they removed the gutters and as I spoke with them they said they were putting up 5" because thats what they had in the dyes but I paid for 6". So with the gutters removed they left and said they would be back in a few days which turned into a week. When the finally came to install correct gutters they once again didn't have the correct parts and had to go get correct ones saying they would be back in a few days. Once again about a week later they came back to finish. In total it took a month to install the gutters. We are still finding nails and pieces from the crew in the drive way and yard. So like I said for a roof they did great but gutters they fell short on everything.
