Better communication with customer about scheduling work to be performed. I had two separate roofs installed by Quality First Roofing. In both cases I had to make initiate first contact with their office over a week later after signing the contract to find out when work would be scheduled. It appeared to me that Quality First Roofing gives priority
to the more profitable jobs first no matter even if your job committed and deposit paid before the other jobs.
