It was very quick, and the turnaround time was very well done, and I am extremely happy with the communication. There was a delay with the shingles not being the right color, and it was resolved the following week. The project was completed extremely quickly in the end.

Quote and initial contact was perfect. I have used them in the past but now that they have staff to handle customer scheduling and information, it is awful. No contact, no notification, almost $7,000 worth of change orders sent AFTER the work was done and it was not discussed with me. Will never recommend again.

They were very responsive and put my roof on the day before a hurricane was expected, and they worked from 6 am to 6 pm to get it done, and I really appreciated that.
