They were wonderful and handled everything with the insurance company to get approval. I didn't have to do anything.

It was very quick, and the turnaround time was very well done, and I am extremely happy with the communication. There was a delay with the shingles not being the right color, and it was resolved the following week. The project was completed extremely quickly in the end.

Quote and initial contact was perfect. I have used them in the past but now that they have staff to handle customer scheduling and information, it is awful. No contact, no notification, almost $7,000 worth of change orders sent AFTER the work was done and it was not discussed with me. Will never recommend again.

They were very responsive and put my roof on the day before a hurricane was expected, and they worked from 6 am to 6 pm to get it done, and I really appreciated that.

The entire process was seamless. Tony got everything set up. He set the entire expectation for the roof replacement and it went exactly how he said. The crew showed up early and placed the dumpster. The additional crew showed up shortly afterwards and got started. They set up all equipment they needed, they cleaned up and my yard looked like nothing happened. Impeccable work and clean up.

Quality Discount Roofing promote false advertising. This company misleading practices are conducing false information and dissatisfied customers.

QDR provided amazing service. Becky Zimmarman was especially helpful and went above and beyond the call of duty at every stage.

Later start date. Wrong color drip edge installed. Permit not in place for inspection. Nail damage to a/c pipe which left a/c not working for 10 days.

Did an incredible job on the roof in a lot less time than expected. They were in and out in pretty much a day, only having to come back to install a special ordered chimney cap. Only drawbacks are that the left a mess in the attic from where they replaced several sheets of plywood, and never put back up the gutter guards they took down.

I called for a free estimate. The lady I was given was knowledgeable, comfortable, very helpful, and everything you could ask for when needing a new roof. I couldn't have asked for better.
