This company is excellent.

They did everything that they said they would do when they said they would do it.

I had gotten several estimates, but Quality Craftsman was recommended to me by a coworker. The recommendation is what led me toward giving them the work. My coworker was very happy with the work they did, and he felt that I would be happy too. I was happy with everything.

I was very pleased with the people that came. They put a window in my husband's disabled bathroom. He was pleased. You take care of veterans like you promised. I am pleased, and so is he.

These people were really great. They replaced the original roof. This roof never had any damage and was built in 1998. I was impressed with them. I had four other estimates that I pushed under the table because these people impressed me.

I would recommend them. They told me the start date, and they were here when they said. They said it would take two or three days, and it took that amount of time.

It was a well-organized company. The individual who was the initial salesperson, David, kept absolutely on top of everything and was extremely knowledgeable, not just a salesperson. He understood everything, and I had a complex job. I could not suggest anything for them to improve. It was a fair price, and they had excellent workmanship. The clean-up was superior, and they are the best roofing company I have ever dealt with. David, my main contact, stayed in touch throughout the process. Like I said, it was complicated, and he stayed in touch with me, explained everything about the process and the differences, and I was really impressed as he came in and showed me, as I had a bad experience before this so I was knowledgeable about questions to ask, the shingles and products Owens Corning had and showed me the differences in their products and those of another company like Gap. Even as a novice, I could see how far superior the product was. It wasn't just the workmanship. It was all excellent. The product was spectacular. I could see how I spent a dollar more than someone else. It will live with me, and the results will be with me for a long time. I cannot say enough good things. I was extremely impressed.

I work in the broadcasting business, they did a great job. I told Preston I would like to interview him or a member of Quality Craftsmen. They did a great job. When someone does a great job, people should know about it. Somewhere down the line, I am going to set them up for an interview, so they can talk about Quality Craftsmen on the air.

I would never put anyone through what I went through. I don't want to be contacted or anything of that nature. I want people to know I didn't have the best experience. I haven't had any issue with the roof they installed. I think it was done correctly, but the process leaves everything to be desired.

I would probably recommend Owens Corning, but not Quality Craftsmen. That is because of the way they handled the original quote they gave me and how they argued it.

Overall, Quality Crafstman did a great job. I am very satisfied with my roof.
