Excellent Company. Sales Associate Norm sat down with me to explain the whole process while beating others estimates. I felt very comfortable trusting in them as Norm had been on the roofs working in the past and not just a salesman. I paid attention to the work as I have done roofing in the past myself. It was not rushed, took two days and even took pictures for me through out the process. When the project was done Norm came back to check work and to run a magnet over my yard for the SECOND time to make sure there were no nails on the ground. The level of work and customer satisfaction this company provides is unmatched.

I was happy with the installation! They showed up on time and they did a good job. My only complaint is when they left the nails and debris in my yard.

From the sales manager, Joe Pchelka, to the field supervisor, Norm Ortega, to the men who did the work on the roof, I could not have been more pleased. I began my journey by having Protech fix a nasty leak in my ceiling. They did an excellent and thorough job. Some time later I discovered two more leaks (nowhere near the first one). Because of my experience with them, I had no hesitation calling to ask them to replace the entire roof. Joe met with me and answered all my questions and explained everything in a way I could understand. He was very patient with my many questions! Once the project got underway, Norm stopped by several times to make sure everything was going smoothly. The cleanup was amazing! They were all wonderful about answering new questions and doing anything I needed them to do (like moving my bird feeders, etc.).

I will be recommending Protech to anyone who asks (and anyone who doesn't)! This company is an honest and hardworking one. Each person went out of his way to respond to anything I asked for or needed. I've heard a lot of "horror stories" about roofing companies, but this one is top notch!

Only because of the length of time from the estimate until the work is done. They do a great job but it takes a long time. It took about two months or so. They are a good company so I'm sure they are just busy.
