Property Medics was well organized and prepared to tackle the issue I had. I would highly recommend them.

The workers did everything they were supposed to do when they were here. My problem was with the project manager (Jonathan). Jonathan continually made promises he had no intention of keeping, always had an excuse for why he couldn't stay on schedule, avoided my phone calls and still a couple of minor things to do over 4 months ago. All in all, the workers did a good job but the scheduling was ridiculous.

They were very family-oriented and very pleasant. They were also very organized. I felt safe with what they used in securing my goods. Everything was outstanding service. I wish I could have done more to tip them. I would recommend them any day and any time. I have already recommended them to two of my friends. I really enjoyed them.

The people that he sent to work on the house did a really good job. I would recommend them to do any work except the painter. I didn't like the painting job the guy did on my bathroom. Other than that the rest was done well!

Property Medics was not professional. Whatever they took out of my house, they just left it in my front yard. It was not on the street. I called someone higher up and they told me to get with my insurance company to pick up the stuff. My yard looks terrible now. I will have to replant the grass. Property Medics did not put the stuff in bags. They just threw it out in the front yard.

We had some internal water damage and needed drywall, paint, flooring, trim and vanity repair. PMoG did it all, and did it very well. They worked with our insurance company, answered every question we had, and there were no surprises on the final bill. They really did everything you could ask.

Things were broken that I did not find out about until later. So I would not recommend them.

The work done was very good, and the warranty has been honored. In order to get a status on repairs, I had to follow up with the project manager, rather than receiving scheduled updates. I never got a timeline or schedule, and it took longer than I expected to complete the work.

It was not a recommendation process. It was a vendor that was hired by my insurance provider. I didn't imagine a scenario where I would recommend them because I didn't engage in a vendor.

It was great. I recommend them to anybody.

First of all, if you are someone going through a home renovation/or repairing damage this is going to test your patience, not your wallet (although that will hurt too). There's a lot of moving parts, and many people involved. There will be down time. Judge contractors on what you've asked for, and meeting expectations. Thats where Property Medics shine. The craftsmanship is unreal. Better than I ever pictured it.
