Owning multiple properties this had to be by far the worst roofing experience ever. It took them 3 months to complete the job properly. The first take on the work looked like I could have done it myself with double sided tape sticking off the edges, gaps left, incomplete work and an utterly unsafe leftover job site with old gutters falling off and blocking the garage. It took them almost 3 months to address my concerns and fix everything only to get a call the next day that a lien would be put on my house if I don’t pay immediately on the phone. Rude and unprofessional is the best way to describe this company.

Proformance Roofing is very professional in their dealings with us. The workers were very proficient in completing the job.

They were very professional. They used good quality materials for my roof. The communication was kind of slow at the beginning and during the permission process. The crew was very communicative with me. I will recommend them to anyone because you get a good value and price for your money.

I went with Proformance Roofing not because they were the cheapest quote, which they were, but because they answered all my questions in a way I could understand. They showed up on time and were done in a day, came back the next day to finish the cleanup around the yard.

Proformance Roofing came on time, and they were here on the date they said they would be. They finished the work in a day, and on the second day, it took 3 hours. They cleaned up very well. The price was what they said it would be and there were no extras. We were satisfied with the workers and satisfied with the work.

The only thing I am upset about is that they ripped my pool screen and pulled it over the frame and nailed it, so I would not know. I had to pay to fix the screen from the holes they put in it.

Work was done in a timely manner, clean and communication was good.

Chaz was great to work with and was very responsive to questions. The workers showed up on time and worked hard to get the job done as quickly as safely possible and kept the job site clean at the end of each day.

Workmanship was excellent. Good value for money. I feel they have integrity. Due to change in contacts communications could have been better. Had only one minor problem on gutter which they took care of. Vey responsive. Someone had to come back and remove nails that were missed. I would definitely use them again. Our neighbor saw their work and wants to use them when they need replace their roof. I give them 5 stars.

When we first met with the representative of this company. We were told we would be able to spread our payments over 12 months interest free but when it came time to pay, they claimed that they did not offer that service. On several occasions we contacted them regarding questions on workmanship and warranties. It took forever to the answers. Went to the office on several occasions only to get a run around . No one could answer questions. Beware

They were outstanding! They did three roofs for us. We didn't have a single problem with any of them. They look good! They did everything they promised. If there were any problems they fixed them the next day. I can not brag about them enough!

Great value and great quality. They were professional from the time I reached out to them, as to when the project was over. They put us first, and they have a real great way of handling the clients. They make you feel like you are number one rather than a contract. They kept us informed, and I would recommend them for any type of roof work.

Excellent job all around

I was extremely disappointed with this company. This was a full roof project for a 4 unit single story townhome, and after getting 4 estimates we agreed on Proformance, largely based on Bruce's presentation. It was downhill after that. I called the company several times, trying to get a date and time for delivery of the dumpsters and supplies because I knew it would be difficult to get to the roof. No response until it was almost too late to find a solution. The crew showed up around 8am and it turned out that it had been subcontracted, the crew didn't even know their supervisor! Bruce had assured me that it was a 1 day job, which I knew wasn't possible, instead they took 4. They worked in the dark, until 9:30-10 at night running compressors, etc. Quality of work in the dark? The 4th day should have only taken a few hours but only the supervisor showed up, no crew. I called and called. Finally one person showed up at 11am and started working. More crew showed up about 3 and it was a party! Again they finally left after dark, how do you clean up effectively in the dark?

I was very please with them. They were fast, efficient, and did a great job. It looks great!

The crew was wonderful. They showed up, they kept the area absolutely clean, the work crew was courteous, and the supervisor showed up and took care of any issues. I would highly recommend for anyone to use them.
