Pro Restore was prompt, friendly, and made my home look just as new after a flood in our finished basement. I would recommend them to anyone who needs restoration services.

Those who actually worked on the project were professional and did good work. There are a few minor areas that I would actually have called on to see if they were able to fix or tweak, but working with the senior project manager is simply not worth the headache. The invoices I received were wildly inaccurate and it seemed to me likely that he wasn't paying any attention to the project itself. I had to rework them all and do his job for him.

They did nice work, but they started in March and ended in July. They didn't always show up and work for the entire time. Once I complained about it they tried to make it better.
